Cueva de las Calaveras

The Cueva de las Calaveras is a cave more than 900 metres long. It was inhabited between Neanderthal and Hommo Sapiens. The cave is notable for its high ceilings and is divided into a flooded area of 500 metres in length and a dry area of more than 400 metres that can be visited by the public. During the tour you can see stalactites, stalagmites, beautiful domes of more than 20m high and fossils and remains of bones.
